Harness proof
One page. Any topic. Live on the edge in minutes.
This page is the reusable template behind the site network: it carries a complete SEO surface, collects waitlist emails through a shared backend, and deploys as a static site on Cloudflare's edge. Swap the copy and it becomes a new independent project.
Why a landing page before a product
Demand shows up in search long before a product exists. A single page that answers the exact query, explains what is coming, and captures an email tests that demand for the cost of a page — instead of the cost of a build. If nobody signs up, the idea is retired cheaply. If people do, the page is already ranking and the waitlist is already warm.
What is shared, what is independent
Each project keeps its own name, copy, keywords and launch decision, so the projects never compete with one another for the same reader. The plumbing is shared: one template, one waitlist API, one database and one traffic ledger. Adding a new project costs a JSON file and a deploy, not new infrastructure.
About this template
What exactly is this page?
It is the harness for a network of independent coming-soon sites. Each real site replaces this copy with one product concept, keeps the same SEO surface, and shares the same waitlist backend and analytics.
How is it deployed?
As a static bundle uploaded to Cloudflare Pages, so it is served from the edge with no origin server to keep alive. The waitlist is a single shared Worker writing to one first-party database.
What does each site get for SEO?
A canonical URL, Open Graph and Twitter cards, JSON-LD for the site, the page and an FAQ block, plus robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt. The FAQ block is the part that turns a splash page into something a search engine can actually rank and cite.
Does it collect personal data?
Only the email you type, stored against a per-day hashed visitor key rather than a raw IP. No third-party scripts and no cookies.
